This form is for use by artists and organisations wishing to join Canberra Arts Marketing. It provides us with the information we need to process your membership application. If you are already a CAM member and wish to renew your membership, please use the membership renewal form.
To ensure that your nomination is processed promptly, fields marked in red with * are compulsory. Canberra Arts Marketing uses this information to assess your nomination and for correspondence with you. Other than public information such as business address, we will not disclose the information to third parties without your approval. CAM does NOT have access to, or store, your credit card information.
